Take cream / ghar ki malai in a mixing bowl. Add powder sugar and mix it with the help of beater.

Once it is mixed properly,add the essence you have available and mix it again.

Beat the mixture until it reaches upto thick consistency. Then add pineapple pieces, chocolate chunks and roasted dry fruits. Keep it in the fridge. Serve chilled.
