  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1large onions
  • cooking oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and slice liver to small cubes.

    Fry all liver in hot oil till brown.

    Chop onions and tomatoes then add to the frying liver.

    Add salt and leave it to cook.

    Serve with green vegetables
