Pour oil in a pan or sufuria, let it heat then put the potatoes. leave it to cook for 15 mins and it's done.

Chop the onions and the tomatoes in a shape you want, separately though, soak the onions in salty water for 2 mins

Squeeze the water out and mix them with the tomatoes, add chopped Coriander's sprinkle salt on top squeeze lemon juice on top as well

Then add the vinegar and mix them altogether. serve with the chips
