Into a Sufuria/cooking pot put 1 cup of water and allow it boil

Then add the margarine to the boiling water.

Then slowly by slowly start adding the maize fflour while turning with a wooden spoon (mwiko).

Add the maize flour until it thickens.

Then let it cook for a few minutes and serve while hot together with a stew.

It can also be eaten together with tea in the morning during breakfast.
