Soak gunda+2 dry kashmiri chili 🌶️ in water with little salt & haldi powder with enough water@ night & morning boil it till done u can check with finger cover & keep for some time then strain in strainer & wash it nicely
Forget to take pic of soaking & boiling

Boil water, put methi dana & switch off the gas.
Cover with lid for 5 min then strain it & wash with water.Now take gunda & methi dana in a bowl add all spices + amchur powder mix it with hands nicely covered & keep aside for 30 minutes so all spices mix it nicely

After 1/2 an hour mix it again & correct the spices (when we keep aside we need to add little more spices which is less)
Heat oil in a kadai add jeera & hing when it crackers add gunda & methi dane stir it add little water in bowl so all spices which are stick there will come with water & put water in Subzi
Cook on medium flame 🔥 till oil separate - 4
Enjoy this Subzi with paratha 🫓 & poori
