Take all the ingredients together

Heat a pan add ghee and besan.Roast till brown.Dry roast semolina.

Add semolina in roasted besan.Saute for five minutes till ghee separates. Keep aside.

Now in a pan add half cup water and sugar.Make one thread consistency syrup.Add cardamom powder.Add roasted semolina and besan mixture.Turn off the gas.

Stir continuously for two minutes.Once mixture thickens pour in greased tray.Spread evenly.Add dry fruits over it and press.

After an hour cut burfi into desired pieces.Kurchan burfi is ready for bappa's prasad.
