Detox breakfast menu. But sometimes I cheat 😉 and add milk 🥛 instead of coconut milk and some sweet fresh fruit as banana 🍌 or persimmon.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 60 goatmeal
  2. 100 mlwater
  3. 80 mlcoconut milk
  4. 150 gfrozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries 🫐)
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put oatmeal, water, coconut milk and berries in the pot.

  2. 2

    Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes constantly mixing. Add cinnamon.
