Detox breakfast menu. But sometimes I cheat 😉 and add milk 🥛 instead of coconut milk and some sweet fresh fruit as banana 🍌 or persimmon.
Cooking Instructions

Put oatmeal, water, coconut milk and berries in the pot.
- 2
Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes constantly mixing. Add cinnamon.

I had kefir & blueberries in my fridge this morning & set out to find a smoothie recipe online. My recipe is a modified version of the littlehomeinthemaking's blueberry kefir smoothie. The key difference is that I used banana as the sweetener instead of maple syrup.The result is a creamier smoothie with a nice balance of tartness and sweetness and with the healthiness of the fruits, grains & kefir.
