  • 1Raw Banana
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/8 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupcoconut oil

Steps

Prep time-5 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the Raw banana and peel, make slices

    In a pan heat oil, add the sliced banana gently and fry for 2 mins, add the turmeric and salt mixed in 1 tsp water and stir once. Set aside

    Serve on banana leaf with steamed rice, veggies and enjoy
