It is a general belief amongst older people " Pasta Aakhri Raasta" I.e. as a last resort you opt for pasta & was considered to be a junk food . But pasta has always been my favourite & specially Macaroni pasta with veggies , beans have been a speciality for me since childhood . It's a wholesome dish . It's nutritious, healthy & awesome.
Lima Beans are rich in manganese which is the key ingredient in brain development. The fiber in lima beans are high in plant based protein. They are rich in mangansium & copper .

Steps

Wash lima beans 2 - 3 times in clean water. Soak the dried lima beans overnight. Next morning, pressure cook them in 2 cups of water for up to 3 whistles. Keep aside to cool them. If you wish you can peel off the outer skin from the beans, as I have done

Take oil in a pan. Add onions, cilantro & garlic & saute them till translucent.

Add tomato puree, chilli flakes, salt and pepper, mix well & cook till the tomatoes are smooth & saucy.

Add mixed herbs & cook for 2 minutes.

Add the cooked lima beans & cook for 2 more minutes till the beans are incorporated well in the sauce.

Add cream, mix well & keep aside.

Just before serving, re - heat the lima beans sauce & Macaroni.Garnish with chopped celery & serve.
