Prepare Naralachi Vadi easily and quickly using few ingredients like Desiccated coconut, milk, sugar, ghee. An instant sweet dessert for any occasion.
Steps

Boil milk in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves completely and the milk reduces a little.

Now add desiccated coconut to it and cook on low flame. Stir constantly and cook for about 10 minutes, until the mixture is almost cooked and separates from the pan.

Next add 1 tbsp Pure Cow ghee, cardamom powder and mix everything well. Stir constantly or the mixture will turn brown. The mixture should not be dry and should not be too moist. Turn off the gas.

Transfer the prepared mixture to a greased baking tray or plate. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Sprinkle some sliced almonds and pistachios on top and press down a bit with a spatula. Cover with cling wrap or foil and set aside for 4-5 hours or overnight to set.

Then cut into pieces. Finally, serve Desiccated Coconut Burfi (Instant Naralachi Vadi). Store in airtight container.
