Boil raw mango in pressure cooker with one cup of water for 4 - 5 mins,once cooled to make a paste
Also boil the toor dal with two cup of water for 5 - 6 mins - 2
Wash and chop the tomato.
Heat one tsp clarified butter in a pan.
Add black mustard seeds,cumin seeds and green chilli now add raw mango paste,curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well - 3
Add chopped tomato,jaggery and ginger and mix it well.now add boiled dal and turmeric powder and cook for five mins
Turn off the flame
