  • 300 gcooked Japanese rice
  • 50 mlvinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

    Make vinegar mixture.

    Pour vinegar mixture and mix rice softly. While rice is hot, please fan the rice. This time i used 30ml of vinegar mixture for 300g cooked rice.
