Nutella Crepes

You know what’s better than breakfast? Breakfast that doubles as dessert. For me, that’s exactly what Nutella crepes are, soft, delicate crepes folded around rich, chocolatey Nutella. I find them sweet enough to feel indulgent, yet simple enough to whip up any morning. #CA2025

Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth. Refrigerate the batter for an hour

Heat up a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt a teaspoon of butter, covering the bottom of the entire pan

Add a quarter cup of the batter, swirling enough to evenly coat the bottom of the pan

Cook crepe until the top is no longer wet and the bottom is lightly golden (about 2 minutes). With a wide spatula flip the crepe and cook the other side for 30 seconds, just until light golden spots

Transfer crepes onto a baking sheet and and store in the oven to maintain warmth until all crepes are cooked

Assemble the crepes by spreading a tablespoon of Nutella on one side. Fold over the filling into a triangle

Dust with powdered sugar (or not) and enjoy immediately
