These palak koftas are not deep fried, they are steamed. Hence Healthy.
Steps

In a bowl add finely chopped spinach leaves, salt to taste, gram four. Mix all indegrients very well and make lemon size balls.

Heat a steamer. Place Palak koftas on greased plate. Put plate into steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

In a frying pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, black pepper. To this add Onion paste, green chilli, ginger garlic paste. Fry till raw smell goes. To this add tomato cashew paste. Fry till raw smell goes.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt to taste. Fry till oil releases. Add required water and add steamed Palak koftas. Add dried fenugreek leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped finely chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot with your choice of Indian Bread or hot Rice.

In a fry pan add ghee and fry cashewnuts and raisins. Keep aside.

In same ghee add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper, bay leaf. Fry for 2 minutes. Add drained basmati rice and 1 and half cup water. Add salt to taste. Cover the lid till rice is cooked perfectly.

Add fried cashewnuts and raisins. Finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
