Wash and peel semi ripe papaya.

Slice thinly by nut slicer.

Heat a pan add 1 tspoon ghee and papaya slice.Add cashew nuts and raisins.Add pinch of salt, sugar and 1/4 cup water.

Cook till water evaporates.

Turn off the gas and squeeze lemon juice.Our plastic like papaya chutney is ready to eat.
