Steps
- 1
Clean the daal. Wash 2-3 times. Soak up the seeds in enough water for 4 hours. Then drain the water.
Grind the soaked green moong in the grinder jar to a coarse paste with little water, if required.
- 2
In a pan on low flame roast green gram paste for sometim to dry the water present. They will become crumbled like.
- 3
Now add ghee little at a time as required, and keep roasting till it comes to granular form.
- 4
Then, add condensed milk. Cook for sometime to allow the condensed milk to be absorbed.
- 5
Then add the salt, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits, dry rose petals. Mix well and allow it to cool down naturally.
Prepare the Ladoos, store and enjoy. Thanks.
