Soak tbe dals for 2hrs. Now add green chillies, salt and blend. Add buttermilk and semolina and blend to a medium batter

Leave it for half and hour, now add soda, and mix well

Pour in a greased container and steam for about 15mts

When cooled cut into pieces. For tempering, heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asofedita. And pour over the pieces or mix them into it. Serve hot with curd, sauce or green chutney
