Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsBasmati rice
  2. 50 mlghee
  3. 1 gramgaram masala whole
  4. 8-10black pepper whole
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 teaspooncoriander leaves chopped
  7. 1 & 1/2 teaspoon shahi jeera

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    At first soak rice in water for half an hour. Then after rinsing water cook it in rice bowl.

    Now heat a kadai with ghee. Fry garam masala whole and cumin seeds in ghee and then add rice.

    Fry for 5-7 minutes in low medium flame and spread coriander leaves. Mix it properly.

    Serve it hot with anything of your choice.
