  • 8small mozzarella cheeses
  • some basil sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the persimmon and cut it into 8 pieces.

    Cut the prosciutto in half. Then, wrap the persimmon in the ham, place on a plate, skewer mozzarella cheese with a toothpick, and skewer the persimmon.
