Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsMinced meat
  2. 2Potatoes
  3. 2 tbspGinger garlic
  4. 1Onion
  5. 2Tomatoes
  6. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  7. 4-6Green chillies
  8. 1 tbspChilli flakes
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/4 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Saute ginger garlic in it.

    Add in meat and fry well.

    Add in all the ingredients and stir well.

    Add in a cup of water and cook till moisture evaporates,meat and potatoes are tender.

    Mix in coriander leaves.
