Took the ingredients. Peelthe skin of turai chopped onion, garlic, chillies in cutter.

Mix masalas and chopped ingredients. Give a cut to turai and stuff the masala into it.

Took a pan, heat it, put oil ten give tadka of raai and jeera as well put the stuffed turai and the remaining mixed masala in the pan. Cover with lid until it cook well.

After keeping it on a low flame after 10 minutes the oil gets seperated and turai is well cooked, switch off the flame.

Took out in bowl and serve hot with bhakri or chapati.
