1medium size pompano
2tomatoes
Thumb size ginger,strips
2shallots,slice
1 tbspketchup
1 tspsoy sauce
3 tbspcooking oil
1 tbspflour
1litttle but of water

Steps

Wash well the fish.Then slice it,to fry it easier.After frying set aside.

Heat pan with oil,sautee ginger and shallots until fragrant.Then add tomatoes,cook until soft.

Pour ketchup,soy sauce and a bit water.Simmer it.Then add in fish.Cook one minute each side.To absorb the sauce.
