Heat a pan with refined oil and fry raw banana slices with garam masala powder and half teaspoon turmeric powder. Set fried slices aside and fry cumin seeds, garam masala whole,chopped chillies and ginger for 2-3 minutes.

Now add tomato cubes and some turmeric powder and salt. Saute it for 5 minutes in medium flame before switching off the gas and mix curd nicely.

Now blend it in a grinder. Now again heat up a pan with half spoon of refined oil and add red, yellow bell pepper. Saute it for nearly 5 minutes in medium flame before adding the blended paste.

Now add fried banana slices, fresh cream and cook it by covering the lid for 10 minutes in low flame. Serve it hot with bread or rooti.
