Cut off the top of the pumpkin. Clean out the insides. Rub the inside with salt.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Place them inside the pumpkin. Top with chopped green onions.

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Salt and season to taste. Mix well. Place inside the pumpkin.

Sprinkle the vegetable mixture on top of the chicken. Add a little salt. Pour in the milk. Close the pumpkin.

Wrap the pumpkin tightly in several layers of foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about two hours. The chicken and potatoes should be completely cooked.

Make sure all the ingredients are ready. If not, wrap the pumpkin and put it in the oven until fully cooked.
