Instant Samak Handvo

Start by mixing the samak rice and curd together and let it soak for 15 minutes.

Blend them together to form a thick and little coarse batter.

Now add the grated bottle gourd, potato, chopped coriander leaves, hing and salt as required.

Prepare a tadka by adding jeera and curry leaves to hot oil. Add the tadka to batter.

Now to a tawa, add 1 tbsp oil and add 2 big spoons of batter.

Add sesame seeds and cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low to medium flame.

Flip and cook the other side in the same way.

Serve hot with some coriander chutney and enjoy ✨
