Beetroot Muthiya
Steps

Collect all ingredients together. Add beetroot and mix it well. You don't need any water to bind it but if you really feel to add water, add curd. However I didn't use any.

Give muthiya shape and steam cook. Let it cool completely. Cut it. Take a pan. Add oil, once oil is hot, add mustard.

Add sesame seeds and muthiya. Mix it well and continue to cook on low flame. Serve hot.
