Heat the Milk on medium flame in a heavy bottom vessel.

When the milk is boiling add the malai, pheni, cashew powder and sugar. Mix well and stirring continuously.

Cook till the mixture is thicker,. Close the flame.Add the elaichi powder,Sunth powder and 1 tablespoon dryfruit pieces and mix well.
