Take flour in a bowl add little salt 🧂 & make dough (like Chapati) by adding warm water cover & keep aside for 15 minutes

Till that make stuffing by adding all ingredients in a bowl & keep aside

Knead the dough with ghee & make equal size ball you will get 6 paratha 🫓 with this measurement
Dust the flour on rolling board roll it little & put stuffing in it & seal nicely & extra remove it
Apply dry flour & roll it with light hand not very thin or very thick - 4

Heat griddle on medium flame 🔥 roast the paratha 🫓 both sides by applying ghee / oil till golden spots come or little crisp You can see in pic
Serve garma garam Paratha 🫓 with yogurt & green chutney. You will love this paratha 🫓
