Wash ivy gourd thoroughly, and cut into slices, add turmeric powder and salt and keep for 15 min

Keep a pan, add oil, add crushed garlic and onion, curry leaves
Stir until colour change - 3
Now add tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and stir in medium flame for 5 min

Now add sliced ivy gourd, stir in medium flame for 5min, then cover and simmer in very low flame. (No need to add water) Stir often

It may take 20 min to well done

Serve hot with sambar rice, roti etc,
