Ingredients

30 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. Chicken breast
  2. 1 TspPaprika
  3. 1/2 TspGarlic Powder
  4. 1/2 TspOnion Powder
  5. 3/4 TspSalt
  6. 1 1/2 TspBrown Sugar
  7. 1 TspCornstarch
  8. 2 TspAvocado, Grapeseed or Sesame Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breasts into thin, flat pieces (not bite sized, but thin)

    Toss the spices together and mix well.

    Toss the chicken strips in the oil you pick, in a bowl. Add Go Chua Chan (Korean Spicy Sauce (Add the spice mixture, and toss some more.)

    Preheat the airfryer to 415 degrees for 10 minutes. If the chicken pieces are larger, cook up to 13 minutes. Internal temp should be 165 degrees. Let it rest a few minutes, and you can serve it with Go Chu Jang (Bi bim bap) sauce.

    GO CHU CHANG DIPPING SAUCE: Mix 1/2 cup mayo with about 2 tbsp gochuchang table sauce (not paste) 1 clove grated garlic, a shot of soy sauce, and a dash of rice vinegar. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

    LAST MINUTE TIP, If you can find, McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning blend, use 2-4 Tbsp of it, omit the paprika, salt, onion, and garlic powder dry rub ingredients, but ADD cornstarch and brown sugar to the dry rub to the dry rub, and follow the rest of the air fryer instructions.
