Peas Potato Kootu

Take all the needed ingredients. Soak peas, overnight.

In a cooker,add soaked peas and peeled potatoes and cook for 4 whistle.

In a pan,add 1sp of oil and add,cumin,fennel,cinnamon, cloves,cashews and 1 big onion cubes,coconut and fry until it turns golden brown. Once it's cools,grind nicely.

In a hot pan add oil,then add diced onion and curry leaves,saute. Then add tomato slices, saute until it mashy. Then add salt and all spices. Mix well.

Next add grinded paste mix well. Then Add water according to our consistency. Bring it to boil.

Then add cooked peas and potato. Cover and cook for 10mts. Thickness of this kootu is our wish. Sprinkle coriander leaves,and turn off the stove.

That's all. It's delicious. It goes well for all type of curry with white rice than chapathi.
