  • 250 gramsTaro/ arbi(boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbspMustard oil
  • 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  • 1/2 tspCarom seeds
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add Asafoetida and carom seeds.Add all the spices and mix.Add 1/2 cup water.

    Whisk curd with 1 cup water.Add this into the spices and keep on stirring till it starts boiling.

    Add taro pieces and salt, cook for 4-5 min. on low heat.Your delicious dahi and green chilli taro curry is ready to serve.
