Add boiled potatoes, grated paneer, and boiled chickpeas.mash all three ingredients.

Add all masala and take small ball roo it make pattice.roll it in tapkir.

Soak white mutter in boiling water for 6-8 hours.

Pressure cook and boil white mutter. In a pan heat oil add hing, turmeric and chilli powder and add boiled mutter.add salt and water

Roast pattice on low flame in a non-stick tawa. In a plate place pattice.add white mutter ragdo, green chutney and khajoor chutney.serve hot.
