Take milk,sugar desi ghee in same quantity in a pan and boil till sugar melts,let it cool.

Then add maida into it and make a soft dough and rest it for 1 hour.

After an hour,knead it again and roll it. Then with a knife give it a shape of shakkarpare.

Fry it on low flame. After it cools down completely, store in airtight container.
