  • Seasonings
  • 1/2 clovegarlic, grated
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonall-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespooncornstarch

    Prepare the squid and rub in the seasonings.
