Ingredients

1 hour
Makes 10-12 patties
  • 1large potato (or 2 medium potatoes)
  • 1large can of tuna in water (about 7 oz or 200 grams), drained
  • 1egg
  • 1 tablespoonbreadcrumbs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Oil, as needed for frying

    Boil the potato and mash it.

  2. 2

    Add the drained tuna, egg, and breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients well.

  5. 5

    In a skillet, heat enough oil for frying the patties.

  6. 6

    Shape the mixture into patties and fry on both sides until golden brown.
