Ingredients

1 hour

Makes 10-12 patties

1large potato (or 2 medium potatoes)
1large can of tuna in water (about 7 oz or 200 grams), drained
1egg
1 tablespoonbreadcrumbs
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Oil, as needed for frying

Steps

Boil the potato and mash it.

Add the drained tuna, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients well.

In a skillet, heat enough oil for frying the patties.

Shape the mixture into patties and fry on both sides until golden brown.
