Knead. Dough using maida.ajwain salt oil and water let it rest for 30 minutes.

Boil green peas and let it cool, roast zeera dhania and sauf keep aside, let it cool and grind it to powder, grind green peas and green chilli and ginger and sugar to paste and add amchur.

Make small balls of dough and 1tbs paste make a flat puri and deep fry serve with imli chutney and curds.
