12kashmiri dry red chillies
10garlic cloves
1/2 tspoon cumin seeds
1 table spoon coriander seeds
Salt
1 table spoon oil

Dry roast chillies.Keep aside.

Dry roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds.Keep aside.

Mix together chillies,salt, garlic cloves, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.Add oil and grind finely.

Our tasty, spicy red chilli chutney is ready to serve.Ideal for lunch or breakfast.
