Cut the potato's in half, season however you like but not too much as you will get plenty of flavor from the salad. Place on an oven pan flat side down and bake for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the potato.

Once the potato is getting a brownish color, stick a fork or knife in to check if it is soft (not too soft), if ready remove from oven, cut in half and add the salad in the split. It's ready to serve, You may want to experiment with the plate decoration but it's best eaten together.
