Wash the Moong daal and soak it overnight. Even if you soak it for four to five hours, it will work. After that in a mixi jar add soaked moong daal, fine rava, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, chilles, salt and water to it and grind it in a fine paste. Take out in a bowl. Now add chopped spring onion and turmeric powder and mix it well.

On hot tawa pour the mixture and spread like dosa. Sprinkle some oil on top. Cook well on both the sides.

Heat the tawa on the gas, apply some oil and make the dosa. Sprinkle some oil on it. Roast it both the sides.

Moong Dal Dosa is ready. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
