To begin, boil the noodles as per the instructions on the package. Keep aside.

Mix together dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and freshly ground pepper in a bowl. Keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan. Add in garlic and spring onion whites. Toss for a minute.

Add in the capsicum and the cabbage and cook until the cabbage wilts a bit.

Now add in the spring onion greens, noodles, and the sauce mixture. Mix until well-coated. Cook for a minute or two.

Malaysian Hokkien Noodles are ready to serve. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens. Serve hot.
