Grated the raw Alu and wash it. Squeeze the alu and remove extract water.Keep aside a extract water.Cut and wash the Methi leaves.

Take the Alu & Methi leaves in a mixing bowl. Add the bread crumbs and wheat flour. Mix well.

Add all the masala ingredients and oil.
Mix well and make soft dough. If necessary add some extract alus water. - 4
Heat the pre-greased pan on medium flame. Make an equal size ball from dough.
Put the balls on the pan and spread with a greased finger in a round shape. - 5
When 1 side cook flip the Paratha and cook another side. Apply some ghee and cook till both sides are golden brown.

Alu Methi Paratha
is ready to serve.
