Steps

Wash carrots, grate it and keep aside.

Now heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan,add the grated carrots and cook for 5 minutes till it becomes soft.

Now add the rolled oats to the pan and stir it for 5 min.

Now add milk to the pan.

Now add the khowa to the pan.

Now add the kesar.

Now add the sugar, cardamom powder, chopped pistachios and stir well.

Remove from the stove, garnish with some more chopped pistachios and serve.
