Simple Healthy Apple Milk Shake

Wash apple properly. Peel it and roughly chopped. Keep in a normal water with salt. So that the apple will not become black in color (today's tip). Once it is done then keep aside.

Combine cold milk, sugar, cinnamon powder and chopped apple in a grinder.

Grind it smoothie. Once it is done then pour to a serving glass.

Serve..immediately and enjoy.
