Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupbottle gourd dices
  • 1 cupstring beans long cut
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2tomatoes puree
  • 1/4 cupgreen peas
  • 1/4 cupcauliflower florets
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 4 tspcurd
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • 2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tsproasted jeera coriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  • 2 tspchopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Keep ready all ingredients. Chop onion, make tomatoes puree. In a cooker, steam beans, bottle gourd, cauliflower, carrot, and peas.

    Heat a pan, pour oil, add hing and jeera. Add chopped onion with garlic, and saute it till transparent. Now saute capsicum.

    Add tomatoes puree, stir well. Cook it till oil releases. Mix all masalas in curd. Mix well. Add in pan. Cook it till aroma comes out. Gravy will turn thickens.

    Now add steamed veggies. Mix well. Cook it for a couple of minutes. Lastly, add lemon juice and kasoori methi. Give a good stir. Sprinkle chopped coriander.

    Ready to serve. Serve hot. Enjoy with fulka, roti, naan, puri, and steamed rice.
