Wash and wipe amla.Boil for ten minutes.

Remove seeds and get pieces.

Heat a steel karahi.Add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add fennel seeds, Fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder.Mix well.Add sugar candy.

After that add jaggery and black salt.Cook for ten minutes.Until jaggery gets one thread consistency.

Store in a dry Tangy, tasty sweet pickle is ready to eat.
