Heat oil in a pan add zeera let it crackle add green chilli and tomato cook then add green garlic, cook until tomatoes are cooked.

When the tomatoes are cooked cool it and grind to fine paste,cook again add salt jaggery.prepare a tadaka heat oil add rai curry leaves chana dal and dry red chilli. Mix well with the tomatoes paste, sweet, spicy and tangy chutney is ready.
