Heat a pan or Kadhai add oil when it hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,asafoetida.

When it cracked add chopped Amaranth and soute it for one minute.add one cup water and ccok it for one minute.

Add cooked dal and mix it then add crushed green chilies and crushed green tamarind., besan and Cook it for one minute..add salt,turmeric powder,mix it well

Take tadaka pan,add oil,when it hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,it’s cooker add chopped garlic and pour on bhaji mix it well ready your Red Amaranth bhaji,serve it with roti or rice.
