Turkey Tetrazzini Soup

Turkey Tetrazzini Soup is a delightful and hearty dish that transforms leftover turkey into a warm, comforting meal. This soup combines elements of the classic Turkey Tetrazzini casserole, featuring a creamy broth, pasta, and vegetables, making it perfect for chilly days.
I have not had a Turkey Tetrazzini Soup before. But I’ve seen it around a lot on Pinterest and here’s what I see: turkey, spaghetti noodles, a few veg, and creamy sauce. Feel free to swap out any shape of pasta for the spaghetti.
A light rue used to thicken the soup base. This soup has a rich savory flavor that is hard to beat and it will warm your heart and soul. Its winter comfort food at its finest and maybe a little lighter on the vegetables, but — it’s ridiculously, insanely delicious.
