In a large bowl combine the Gluten-Free Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Cloves.

In a separate bowl combine the Egg, Almond Milk, Plant Butter, Vanilla Essence and Pumpkin Puree.

Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.

Over medium-high, heat a lightly oiled frying pan. Add a scoop of batter, fry until golden brown before flipping. Remove when both sides are golden brown.
